Ingredients  

  • 1 cup Creamy Organic Peanut Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Grass-fed ghee melted
  • 3 cups Organic almond flour
  • 1 cup Organic gluten-free oats We love One Degree Organics
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract (alcohol free)
  • pinch Redmonds Salt
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Organic coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup Organic chocolate chips
  • 1 tbspn Organic hemp seeds

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350degrees F and line a 9x13 glass pan with unbleached parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together until smooth, then gently fold in dry ingredients (not the chocolate chips or hemp seeds) until well combined.
  • Once the dough has formed, you may mix in the chocolate chips and hemp seeds and stir until chocolate and hemp seeds are mixed evenly into the dough.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 min. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!

We love to make these and then individually wrap them so they are a perfect grab-and-go bar in the morning, afternoon, or when you are taking the kids for a ride.
