Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender

Ingredients  

  • 2 Frozen bananas These will blend easier if they are cut into chunks and then frozen.
  • 1 cup Almond milk Malk or Three Trees
  • 1 tbspn Organic chia seeds
  • 1 scoop NuZest Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Frozen Organic Raspberries
  • 1 cup Frozen Organic Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup

Additional Toppings

  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Frozen Raspberries
  • Organic pumpkin seeds
  • Organic shredded coconut flakes
  • Cacao Nibs

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into high-speed blender and mix on high until well blended. You may need to scrape down sides in order to get the fruit chunks to be well blended.
  • Using a spatula, scoop out mixture into two bowls and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
